Notary and Immgration- can I do Both?
I recently got my real state license in the state of California. Now, I took a notary class and took the exam. Now I am confused with the California law. Am I allowed to do real estate, notary and be an immgration consultant? If yes, can I advertise all 3? Please help and send any reliable links that explain everything. Thank you.

None of those professions prohibit your work in any of the other professions. Just remember you can not notarize documents for your real estate clients since you have an interest in the sale.
