Any Doctors or nurses here? what could I be experiencing & if it sounds serious enough to check out?

I've had an odd feeling in the left side of my brain behind the left eye , just around my temple for about two months, its gotten worse of the course of one year I'd say.. especially the past month.

symptoms:

-waking confusion & mixed emotions

-really strange 'full' pressure like feeling at night in that left area of my brain, it feels like a weird isolated pressure

-short term memory problems recently (past two weeks)

-weakness when my head hurts

-easily exhausted/causes my head to hurt

-sometimes nausea followed by extreme tiredness

-achy upper back/neck

-random fevers that come and go usually at night

-sometimes waking with bad headache/ blurry vision

-extra clumsy/off balance

-left eye pupil dilates bigger than the right pupil often (just in the past 2 months)

I don't mind hearing harsh answers, I'd rather know if it sounds serious to check it out, sooner the better (after I let it get bad over a year lol) but, still, I just feel like something is wrong, I feel too sick to be 20 years old.. like worn out and dizzy all the time.. can't sleep at night sometimes,

any ideas appreciated, I'd esp like to hear of similar cases or common causes...etc. might not be as bad as it seems

thank you :)

This sounds serious I would check it out. Are you drinking hot drinks before you take a temperature? That could give you a wrong reading. Anyways I would go to the doctors.

I don't think a person has to be a doctor or nurse to realize that you need to see a doctor. No one can diagnose a medical problem over the internet, and if they did you would still need to see a doctor to get it treated.
