I say, have fun for now!!! Go shopping with your best friend, have sleep overs, do what makes YOU happy. Boys are going to be around FOREVER!!! Maybe wait till you're 15 and he's 17, that sounds better than 15 and 13 you know?

Sorry to rain on your parade, but I don't blame him.
Your age is only a part of it, the police - or worse an angry parent who knows where he lives and would rip his lungs out is probably his greater concern. It's a self-preservation thing.
