neighbour question?

Update:

I have a neighbour who has two cats - not allowed by the housing association btw- and she feeds them once a day, the problem being they are young cats and need/want to be fed more than once a day and as a result they yowl - often & load. I started to feed them and the yowling stopped, my neighbour asked me not to feed them - and the yowling has started again. any suggestions, I may resort to feeding them quietly and out of site.

    2 cats with nine lives gives you 2*9lives = 18 lives. Subtract 18 lives and you have solved your problem.
