06 Camry A/C will not turn off.?
Relay has been replaced and is the only part that has been, fuses were checked also, can't figure this out.

There is a relay under the hood on the left side in the fuse/relay box that is probably bad, it should be a white one, they were a common problem. I'd start there because they're reasonably cheap and all went bad.

If you pull the power plug at the compressor and it does not stop you could have a stuck clutch. Until it gets fixed
leave the air on and the fan inside the car turned on all the time. it is quite harmful tor the compressor getting stuck on without fans running.
