Why doesn't NATO just kill all ISIS members?

........seriously okay let me explain to you the type of warfare we are currently dealing with. this the war on terror . ISIS doesn't have air fields, forward operating base. major supply lines or HQ's they are insurgents, a massive terrorist cell which means they blend into the population and launch ambushes, they're NOT soldiers, they're idiots with weapons and a messed up sense of religion they don't represent a nation, so please understand if you would that finding them and killing them is very difficult because civilian casualties makes the mission harder and is generally frown upon by the international community

NATO doesn't have and ARMY they are a collection of nations that came together to talk about the worlds problem back during the spread of communism during the cold war.

NATO doesn't have an Army

Its members have their own

Shy of nuking the entire region there's really no way to kill all of ISIS

They don't have a permanent headquarters

collateral damage, like killing 2 people in New york city with a nuclear bomb.
