My legs are still prickly after I shave?
Everytime after I shave my legs are still prickly. I shave in warm bath water, use shaving cream, and a female five blade razor. Still never smooth. Nair burns my legs really bad so I cant use it. Is there anything else I can try?

First make sure you really exfoliate your legs, with some type of an exfoliant or scrub. You can buy this, or make one at home with sugar and other ingredients, just google it and you'll find many ways to do it. Spend time and gently but firmly scrub in circles the area you want to shave with the exfoliant. Then use shaving gel or cream, but not a heavy layer or it will clog the razor and the razor won't work as well. After every time you shave a line, rinse it out immediately to make sure the blades are clean and clear to shave again. Shave in both directions, but aim to shave the opposite way of hair growth. Don't shave when you have goosebumps or a scab/injury, it can cause serious ugly and painful bumps.

I have this problem too and it can make me feel self conscious and embarrassed when going out! I can spend 15 minutes shaving my legs and when I finish it feels like the razor hasn't even done anything, especially around my ankles!
Unfortunately I haven't found a solution but I have tried using a different shaving spray, a really thick foamy one, which helps the razor to penetrate deeper without risking cuts etc. Also make sure you're not using an old razor that's blunt, have you tried using a brand new one? It should be really sharp and help a bit

This happens to me too, try shaving up and down in 2 different directions this always helps and sometimes leg hair can grow in different directions so try shaving up first and then down after

Well don't use cream as they chemically burn your hairs from above only, not from the root. Shave in small stroke,in the opposite direction of your hair growth. For better and long lasting results you can wax.
