Lower the Spending and balance the Budget FIRST.
Then we shall look at how much taxing is appropriate.
Taxes are higher today than ever before and still the deficit is over half a trillion dollars a year.

Many of the taxes you mentioned are hidden taxes that people never think of, and don't forget the 911 tax on your phone bill. Taxes hurt all of us and the economy. The inheritance tax is especially regressive.

you're confused!..Obama doesn't call them taxes!..THAT would require a bill in the House (where ALL spending measures must originate, per to Constitution!), a passing vote in the Senate, a reconciliation in both houses to collate them into one bill, and then "The(incompetent) One" can sign it into law!...THAT is how the Constitution demands a bill be made law!
