Is this exercise routine okay for pregnancy?

I'm healthy and active before pregnancy. And of course I eat healthy and enough after losing the calories from exercise.

I'm only a few weeks pregnant, not even showing yet.

I do a light jog for a half hour 2x a week,

I do some prenatal yoga 3x/ week

I walk the dogs in the evening, about 8 blocks, 4x/ week

And I do some arm exercises/light and pregnancy appropriate strength training 1-2x/ week.

And only if I feel up to it. I listen to my body and rest when I need to.

Is this okay?

If it's what you were doing before pregnancy and your pregnancy hasn't been high-risk or had any complications, you should be fine. If it's a new routine, talk to your doctor first.
