Windows start up problem?
Ive been having trouble with my laptop. I've installed windows 10 (what it came with) everything works great till I turn it off. The laptop then refuses to load up. I can do everything else but that. Any help? Thanks

Hello! Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the new Windows. When you shut your laptop off and turn it back on, what happens? Is there any kind of message displayed on the startup screen? If not, are you able to at least get to your logon screen? When you say it "refuses to load up", does that mean that Windows will not boot at all, or that Windows does boot, but will not allow you to interact with or use it?
