Question about historically black colleges and universities?

I'm not black. But am I still allowed to attend. Also will I face any racism or discrimination for not being black? Will I be a part of the out group?

You could still be accepted, but you will definitely be in the minority. You could be discriminated against. I imagine the majority students will wonder why you are there, on "their" turf when you could be easily attending most any other college nationwide.

Yes, you can still attend the schools. They are open to people of all races, although you will be a distinct minority.
