For breakfast

And dinner

What are the suggested serving sizes for each food group?

Also, do you have suggestions for the transition into a raw food lifestyle change?

    i doubt that a person on a raw food diet needs to worry about serving sizes.

    i had the 80/10/10 raw foods book which is very popular and realized i didn't want to eat that volume of food nor could i afford it.

    suggestions. check out 80/10/10. it tells you how much and what to eat
