Will I get taller?

I just tired 16 in the summer and I am 5'1. Will I grow taller? My mom is 5'3 and dad is 5'9, my doctor said I will reach to 5'5 but I feel like I stopped growing... I am a girl btw!

You could reach 5'6", (average of both parents) but you will keep growing until you are 18 or 2 years after your first period.

Eating more red meat and cheese is important. Growth occurs in spurts. Stops to build reserves, then you shoot up. Anorexics don't grow for this reason. I was 5'4" at 15, and really didn't think about until I was measured at 19 and was nearly 5'8". (Mother 5'7", father 6 feet, average 5'81/2" so I was a little below the formula)

Follow below steps... I promise you will do better than doctors estimate...

    1. Do 7 to 15 pull ups rounds (3 rounds per day ... 3 to 4 times a week)

    2. Drink home made fruit juice (using blender with ice - 2 types of veggies and 2 fruits)

    3. Every other day, glass of low fat or skim milk without caffeine or cocoa products in it.

    4. 2 eggs per day, thrice a week (If you are able to eat raw, go for it)

I think that when I was 16 I had stopped growing. And I'm 5'1 too. The only bad thing is having to shop for petite size jeans when you go to the store. They always stock more average --- but hey --- who wants to be average?
