Camerons mob + NHS dissolution?

I was acquainted with an ex-nurse who moved up here from Liverpool about twenty years ago and she always said how Sh!t the NHS in England was compared to Scotland. She doesn't say that anymore, she says the NHS up here is now just as bad. In the next ten years they reckon that 50% of doctors up here will retire or take early retirement. The Police Force is similarly disillusioned. There's more going on behind closed doors than we are told.

The sooner the NHS is abolished the better. Filthy hospitals, incompetent Doctors, lazy nurses and a total lack of care for patients. I would never use the NHS I prefer to use my money to go private if I need to and don't waste it on trivialities.
