Renewing vows Bouquet question?

I am renewing my vows in 2 weeks. I was wondering for those that renewed their vows did you use your old bouquet or did you get a new one or used just fresh flowers?

I've been to 2 vow renewals, and I don't recall seeing a bouquet. But I definitely love the idea of fresh flowers. In fact, if you go this route, be sure to check a grocery store in addition to a florist.

This might depend on where you live, but I'm in DC, and a couple of grocery chains here have florists you wouldn't believe for a good price. You could even customize wristlets if you have daughters, for example. They'd love something like that as a keepsake.

there is no real reason to carry a bouquet for a vow renewal. most women who have flowers at all either wear them in their hair or wear a corsage.

remember that a vow renewal is not a wedding do over, so you don't do the same things you do for a wedding.

Our vow renewal was a total surprise to me..... hubby picked out everything including my gown, shoes and bouquet which was fresh flower bouquet.

My vows never expired, so I haven't had to renew them. Check the laws in your state and see what is required as far as flowers go. You new vows may not be valid unless you use the exact same flowers from before. It varies state to state.

Bouquets don't last that well, you may be able to display it, but not reuse it. Get a new one.

Corsage not bouquet. It's not a wedding.

No flowers at all. Never even thought about that. It just wasn't necessary

I would go with fresh flowers--your are re-newing, so renew the flowers. Best Wishes!

Do people really want to use dusty, discolored plastic old flowers? Gross.,

    Only hoarders and cat ladies.
