Politics: Has the Republican Congress surpassed all expectations thus far?

I knew they would be a gaggle of ineptitude, but their stupidity and inability to govern has truly gone above and beyond what anyone could have predicted.

No no no. They have far more self-destruction left! The GOP is almost certain to split into two parties before the next election because their right wing wants to shut down Government and will not support a candidate for speaker who tries to reach a deal. It's only just started!

I wonder when their going to help America instead of destroying our children at $ 675.00 an hour. Like reverse the law thats blinding our children. As it stands All lights must be incondescent, but if you look on the package, it says Florescent & Industry ran tests & surveys & found Florescent blinds people, so as is our law in 20 years all children will be wearing thick glasses by our LAW CONGRESS/ Are you still AMERICAN. They are certainly in a state of disarray, and yes, they have surpassed the expectations of what was expected in governing from a platforms of negativity and selfish greed.

The Republicans who won in the 2014 midterms ran on stopping Obama's lawbreaking and holding him accountable. Instead, they gave him everything he wanted, hence the smackdowns of Boehner, McCarthy, and hopefully soon McConnell.

Gridlock and do-nothing are two terms to describe this "revolution" in a fragmented, broken Republican congress.

Boehner and McCarthy both don't want to lead this disgrace of a house.

Yes. Even I, who expected nothing worthwhile from the Republican Congress, am surprised by how absolutely terrible they have actually been, and continue to be.

? They have only been house and senate majority a little under a year. I hardly think its fair to judge them on such little time; not to mention, the POTUS vetos everything they try to pass and just uses his executive order.
