"Some people"? Or could it be said that ALL people are evil? Is it evil to point our finger at other people being evil if we exhibit some evil ourselves? First, we need to know what evil actually is. This might surprise you...
Evil is not a principle in creation itself, but the wilful distortion of good gifts into an arsenal deployed against God’s reign. (Augustine, “Confessions” 7.15.22)
This perversity corrupts that which is noble, suppresses that which is righteous, smears that which is beautiful, and smothers the light of truth.
Consider the example of what Adam did after God challenged him about his disobedience; he blamed the woman whom God had given him; she blamed the serpent; the serpent blamed God. At the end of the day, everybody blamed God and, ever since, we follow this course of vanity. In ancient as in modern dualism, the problem of evil is identified with created nature in an effort to externalize sin by attributing it to the ‘other’ – if not a woman, our physical or social environment, our family, or other circumstances beyond our control, but ultimately God. We look for scapegoats.
Shifting the focus from our own sin to God (ontology and metaphysics) is one of the sources of dualism, ancient and modern. We must shift the ground back to our covenantal transgression rather than ontological fault. Romans chapters 1 to 3 show that in Adam we have all become false witnesses – which is a form of evil.
If God had been intimidated by the realisation that some of His creatures would abuse His good gifts and thus give rise to evil, then would that have prevented Him from providing those good gifts? If so, then God would not be God, for the very possibility of evil would have stopped Him! But because God IS God, not even the vilest evil of any of His creatures will thwart God's purpose to provide good gifts. God will overcome all evil and the victory of the cross and the resurrection show that evil has already been defeated. That doesn't stop evil doing even more evil, but God has a timetable and He will be proven right by the end of it all.
I hope this helps you re-think the matter of only some people being evil, for if you do not identify any evil in yourself first, you may remain with that evil whilst thinking "other people" are evil, and always will be.

Only the religious ones!
Research shows that the reason humans struggle with emotion to find equitable solutions is pinpointed the region of the brain called the insular cortex, or insula, which is also the seat of emotional reactions.
The fact that the brain has such a robust response to unfairness shows that sensing unfairness is a basic evolved capacity.
The emotional response to unfairness pushes people from extreme inequity and drives them to be fair. This observation shows our basic impulse to be fair isn't a complicated thing that we learn.
It therefore fully illustrates that all humans have morals controlled by the brain and that Christians are entirely wrong to try and claim morals as their own!!!!
But Christians found a way round it!
Government statistics show that Christians are vastly over represented in prisons for sexual, violent and fraudulent crime whilst year on year government figures show atheists make up only 2% of the prison population!
The Catholic Church is paying millions in compensation for the sex/paedophile crimes of their priests alone!
Christians are vastly over represented in the divorce courts!
Christians invented the concept of sin and then the idea that you could sin, ask forgiveness, get pardoned and start with a clean sheet!
So no surprise that they are so expert at it is it‽
A Christian is a man that feels repentance on Sunday for what he did on Saturday and is going to do on Monday. - Thomas Russell Ybarra

Most people simply came to earth because they wanted to relieve their boring cherub existence . But those who thought out how they could best grow and waited in patience to be born in order to be best motivated to become as perfect as God were the wiser .
For the simple minded didn't realize to the fullest that when they agreed to wear a God-Body that they would have to become as perfect as God , or else they would subconsciously punish themselves severely enough to motivate themselves to do so . And so their reaction is anger towards God .

Yes, my wife will dance around in nothing more than a one piece silk nightgown to "Girls, Girls, Girls" by Motley Crue, and then go into the spare bedroom and lock the door every night. I think she's cold blooded and I'm contemplating divorce.
