Why do some people ask questions that are just as easily resolved if they justgoogle it. It's a little annoying.?

No reason it should be annoying, this is a question and answer site. Here people answer and that is why some like asking here. On a Google search you get pages of stuff to look through and here you get the answer instead of pages of where to find the answer.

It is a choice users make just like you chose to ask here. You do not have to answer questions that annoy you.

Had you done a Google search instead of asking here you would have seen hundreds of answers to this question in many variations and there are some who find this question annoying for that reason, and ironically do not hesitate to say so every time they answer it..

Sometimes you want personal insight or advice from someone who has experience with the issue. Googling can give vague or varied answers too
