If I bet $10 on the Cubs winning the NLCS on opening day 2015, how much would Las Vegas have paid out?

Probably not as much as you think.

Vegas odds on the Cubs winning the World Series started the season at only 16-1.

Couldn't find past odds on the pennant, but good guess would be roughly half of what the World Series win would pay out.

So probably in the ballpark of 8-1, meaning you would have won $80.

Cubs were 12-to-1 to win the World Series according to Bovada back in January when the initial odds came out. So a $10 bet would be worth $120.

The odds on the Cubs winning the World Series were 16:1 before the season started, so a $10 wager would bring you $160 when the Cubs win it all.

Nothing, yet. The Cubs have not yet won the NLCS.

0, since the Cubs have not won the NLCS yet, and they may not.

Nothing, because the NLCS is yet to be played.
