How can i see the answer to a question that i submitted to Yahoo Answers?

I may be being thick here but I received an email from Yahoo Answers telling me that "annis" from the Yahoo Helpline Desk had answered my question.

The email contains links telling me that my question has been answered, promising that if i "click here" i can see the answer but clicking on the buttons just takes me to the question I submitted. There's no answer there - just blank space under the question.

Searching and finding my question directly through Yahoo Answers only yields the same result.

I can click on "annis" from within the text in my email, but that just takes me to the main Yahoo Homepage with:

"Hmmm... the page that you're looking for isn't here. Try searching above" written into it.

Apparently annis is from the Yahoo Helpdesk and finally i get to see a phone number! I spent an hour or so looking for a phone number to try fix my problem and I was just sent in loops going through option after option trying to find a number!

Unfortunately the phone number has half of the digits blocked out so it's not surprising that when i try it nothing happens...

I don't know maybe someone from the Yahoo Helpdesk might pick this up and just email me directly. It's a crazy idea but it might just work. If you're really worried that I might have a way of contacting Yahoo for help with issues relating to your products in the future, you could set up a temporary email account so that we can communicate and then delete it after the problem is solved perhaps?
