Help identify these tree seeds/pods?
Pods are about 8 inches long and are round, they were splitting on the tree, letting seeds out. The seeds are a little larger than a grain of rice, but almost paper thin, and they have long strands of fuzz attached, probably to catch the wind! Found the tree in a Tucson Arizona suburb.
Picture here, I put the seeds on top of a philodendron leaf.
