Is my girlfriend a bich for this?
It's her birthday this thursday and I have 3 university classes that day until 7 pm that night. She's throwing the party basically an hour before my last class ends. I don't want to miss my 3 hour class and I don't want to miss her birthday either.
Her party is a boat away literally theirs an 1 and a half ferry and the transit to get to the ferry from where I live is about 40 minutes to an hour so I'd miss all my last class. I've talked to her about just having her birthday the day after because I booked work off friday and saturday but she insists on celebrating it on her birthday.
Am I in the wrong in any way right now? Because I know she'll find a way to blame me if I don't go. And I kinda don't want to miss a 3 hour business class.

Ah she is a *** for doing that.
Still play it cool and do something for just the two of you, something unexpected. Sweep her off her feet. It's probably the only way you can make a comeback from not going to her birthday.
Yes, we all know that it's not your fault. But in a relationship, the guy is always at fault (woman logic). So apologize and make up for it.

The school is more important at this age because one day your career won't tell you it doesn't love you anymore, but your SO will. So if she really cares she would understand it. Tell her you can make her day special the day after.

Class is way more important than her birthday party. She will get over it. Go to class and tell her that you and her will celebrate the next day.

There's nothing wrong with her scheduling her party when she wants to, even if it conflicts with your plans. But if she objected that you missed a party that conflicted with your plans, then that would make her a bítch.
