Stop insulting and ranting. When you insult or accuse others, they often report you. If you believe that you have not violated the YAHOO abuse policy, appeal it. If you lose the appeal, they will take another 10 points. I have won several times by going to arbitration. Usually it's not worth the trouble though. Getting reported and getting a notice of violation is just part of Life in YAHOO Answers.

Somebody noticed one (or more) of your questions, determined that it/they violated the community guidelines, and clicked on the report abuse flag.
If you would like to know the probable reason, then you need to explain exactly what you asked. Reports can be false or malicious. But without knowing what you asked, it's impossible to say.
