Which car diagnostic scanner to include Peugeot and Mercedes and read and clear ABS SRS..?

Hi all thabks for reading this.

I am from england I am absolutely confused about which car diagnostic tool I should buy.

I have peugeot and mercedes cars diesel and petrol and just want a diag tool whether Bluetooth powered or has its own interface,doesnt really matter .But I want it to be able to clear and scan ABS and srs and airbag too

My budget is not very high please recommend the best match with reasonable price. I m not a professional I want it for DiY . I repair all my cars myself.

    A standard OBD2 Bluetooth reader is a few pounds on Ebay and a couple of pounds for software for your smart phone. Dedicated scanners are a lot more. I have a general Bluetooth OBD2 scanner and mobile software as well as a dedicated scanner for my main car.
