What is the best vaping juice / e-liquid with no after taste and not pungent / makes you cough and also feel nauseous?
I keep feeling sick after I vape , plus it has an awful taste and smell which is making me nauseous too , have tried 2 different flavours and both make me cough and feel sick so have given up with it till now till I find the right e-liquid , according to the nicotine levels 18% was 'average' and I smoke 20 a day so thought it would be the right level for me but have previously tried 0% and it didn't have the same smell and didn't make me cough or leave a nasty taste in my mouth! :-(

Well since taste is different for everyone I suggest you find a local vape store near you to find a flavor that works for you and your taste buds. Dedicated vape store generally have high quality e-liquids which have better flavors.
Awful taste like how? Is it a burnt taste? You might have burnt out your coils or atomizer need to be replaced.
18mg or 12mg is not a bad nicotine level to start at but if you are using a sub-ohm tank that can be alot of vapor and nicotine as they produce bigger clouds.
I would slow your nicotine down if you are using a subohm vape kit. If you are using a vape pen 18mg is fine. Subohm kits I don't recommend anything over 6mg nicotine. Too much nicotine can make you nauseous too.
Also you might want to try an e-liquid that is max VG or 80vg/20pg as you could have a PG allergy. I will worn you though that higher VG juices tend to eat through coils faster

High VG and low PG will help ease on the throat hit. Nicotine also hits hard. If you sub ohm, drop it to 3MG or 0MG and feel the difference.
My goto juice is Dr. Fog Milk and Honey and I sub OHM it at .3 OHMS and at 42 watts. I could vape it as high as 70-80 watts with a twisted coil however the cotton drys way too fast. Taste vs cloud.
Do not use high VG with a vape pen or a non-sub ohm tank. Your coil will become useless extremely quickly as it will clog up.
