Previously broken toe filled with white pussy stuff?

Ok 1. Yes it says pussy but it's meant to be like puss, not the genital. 2. Like 5 or more years ago, I crushed the tip of my big toe, lost my toenail, was lucky enough to have it grow back. Now, for about a year, it's been kind of sore off and on. Well this time, it felt more painful. I figured it could be my toenail growing weird, and the side of my toe was swollen and white (like when you push on your skin , it turns white)., so, never having an ingrown toenail, I pulled the side of my toe connected to the nail, and this white stuff came out, almost like a zit on my toe. It only comes out if I push on it. Should I go to the doctor? The pain has pretty much stopped since and I'm not prone to infection at all (awesome immune system) but I'm still alittle worried
