"You can't possibly believe/accept X/Y/Z, you're too smart for this!"...Is there a name for this type of fallacy/manipulation tactic?

Update:

Sometimes during debates a person might say stuff like "I'm hoping you don't actually mean that, you're too smart for this". It might be that that they're genuinely surprised, or it could be a conscious effort to make the other person doubt and dismiss their position.

Example: "You can't possibly think Taylor Swift's music isn't deep, you're too smart for this!".

I was just wondering whether there was an actual name for this type of tactic.

    ~~~ It's an appeal to the ego, flattery.
    It is not necessarily a 'fallacy' but a tool of manipulation!
    Flattery. It's not a fallacy.
    It's not necessary a fallacy. If it's true, then it's perfectly true and valid. And it is sometimes true.
