how do you learn to love yourself?

That is a damn good question, I suppose if you are a selfish person that you would have to continue being one because if you change you probably wouldn't like it. I think doing the things that make you happy whether what you are doing hurts or harms someone else.

You must listen to that voice inside youself, the one who is ALWAYS there for you, i'm doing my very VERY best right now to love myself as much as I can. Be happy with yourself and who you are.

i think its all about self-investing and your focus and time on yourself, as well as becoming the person you want to be, learning/growning, etc. Then you grow into someone you can be proud of.

Do what's best for yourself

Think about all the things you like about yourself, and then you realize that you're not that bad after all.

If you didn't learn from birth.....go to counseling.
