How do I keep from getting sinuses?
My cousin was sick at Thanksgiving and she looked like death and she said it was Sinuses. How do I keep from getting sinuses and am I at risk of getting sinuses I'm 24 and I've never had sinuses.

Everyone has 'sinuses'. You are referring to sinusitis, or a head cold. You can't 'catch' sinusitis, but you can catch the flu. Have you had your flu shot? Drink plenty of fluids, rest and eat right. If you take care of yourself, you probably won't get the flu.
