i hate myself and i just need help... tips?
Im overweight, im 5.5, over 200 pounds and i just hate myself. Mostly my face cause it has fat and i hate seeing an double chin at times, and i cant stand myself. Im trying hard to lose weight and even when i do eat healthy i still feel like i havent lost weight and it makes me upset and then i go and binge eat... I feel bad everyday and i hate ever meeting people and going out because of self esteem. Im told im attactive but thats from pics online and still in person sometimes and i still hate myself. What can i do to lose weight and feel better about myself? i need an way to lose weight fast ..

Don't try to lose weight fast. You will only gain it back even faster.
You need to eat healthy, you know that. Try the plate method - one quarter of the plate for protein, one quarter for carbs (potatoes, rice), the rest for fruit and veggies. Eliminate sugar and white flour. Eat whole grains instead. Break the meals into six small meals a day so you don't get hungry. Bake don't fry. Don't eat out more than once a month. No soda.
Increase your activity level. So park at the far end of parking lots. Walk 20 minutes a day.
Do not look in the mirror. Only weigh yourself once a week a most. And when you lose weight, go to the store and pick up flour or sugar sacks equal to that weight so you know what you've lost.
And pay attention to your clothes, rings, watch because they will get loser.
I've lost 40 pounds since July doing this. Because I"m not dieting, it will stay off. People don't seem to notice it, but my clothes are loser and my profile smaller. Ignore the double chins, sometimes those are the last to go.
You might want a support group like overeaters anonymous. They can help you with the self image thing. And stop criticizing yourself. Only praise yourself for each day you succeed and don't criticize the days you don't.

The problem with losing weight is that it makes you SHAPELESS.
If you dislike your physique, then the best way to do something about it is by 'getting in shape'. Usually, that means eating MORE, not less, but you should let your appetite be driven by the activity that you do as physical training.
Your 'question' (more of a rant, really) is about self-image and personal esteem. Those qualities have NOTHING TO DO with how others see you, as you described. Being told you are attractive makes no difference.
Having physical skilla you can be proud of (because of the training you do) can easily overcome a negative self-image. If you train diligently for a year or more, in a Martial Art, a Dance style, a physically challenging pastime such as kayaking, swimming or surfing, or a sport such as Orienteering or Indoor Rowing, then your attention will start to focus on bodyparts you do like, instead of those that you don't like.

Get "Banquet" meals (from the frozen food bunker, (1$US±)
Eat two a day, plus one regular meals of anything, pizza, cheeseburger, pasta, etc. Just not TOO MUCH. Drink ONLY iced Water, soda water if you like the bubbles,
NO "diet", "Fat free", or "low fat", anything, unless it is naturally so..
The body stores fat when it cannot get it.
Walk three to ten miles a day, again NO jogging, running, etc. Just plain everyday walking.
Get a pedometer, you may already be be doing that.
I lost 30# in 90 days. I was not even trying to. I was just going on the cheap for meals. And, walked that much as part of my employment.
