Target Backroom Team Member job?

I am having a tough time deciding on whether to take this job. It is during the day not overnights. I just really need to know what is all involved in the job. They didn't give me a very good answer. Need to get off night shift. Anyone have any knowledge of this job?

    Don't take a job unless you know what it entails. There are other jobs, so pick wisely.
