I started doing eye exercises to improve my vision. I have been trying to figure out why my eyes feel dry in morning and why I have some nearsightedness in one eye. I noticed when I was doing an exercise when you close your eyes your suppose to look up and down. I can't look down all the way without my eyes opening. Is this a possible indication of eyelid muscles not functioning correctly or something? IDK

I think I crushed a vein in my finger. I was being stupid and went to punch something and my ear bud got in the way and made full force contact with my ear bud and looks like it crushed a vein in my finger. A bump appeared and has since gone down a bit. Should I go to the doctors or will this heal on it's own?

I was wondering if sleeping on a firm pillow can put pressure on eyes and damage them? 

Is it normal for the veins in my arms to be sunk in while laying back on my couch? 

I was taking my blood pressure and had cuff on too tight. Arm felt funny after for a while. 

I was at the dentist today and windows have very thin blinds. The sun shines right through and it was that time of day where it was shining directly in my eyes. I kept my eyes shut during but it was about 30 minutes. Could that damage eyes?

I had a cleaning today and the hygienist polished some bottom teeth that were stained. I didn't really want them polished cause I don't care about stains. The teeth that were polished I could feel hurt a little. Now one is sensitive to cold and I noticed they look a little more worn down. I couldn't tell hygienist to stop cause obviously how could I. Am I being paranoid or could some of my tooth have come down from that.

Hello, I've had CT scans in the past a number of times. I only would have to get the IV contrast in the past. I decided to do this one locally and they are requiring an oral contrast and IV. Is this safe?

I had my blood drawn the other day. My glucose was 110 mg/dL

This was I would say about 3.5 hours after I ate ish. Is this normal?

I need to sound proof my window in my apartment. I can't do anything permanent since it's rented. There is a new fire department opening soon and worried about noise. The window is about 5 feet wide and 4 feet high. I have been trying to figure out the best way to sound proof it but I really don't know what to do. I have about a week to figure this out.  I was laying down to go to bed and I lost control of my hand when I was putting on the covers and hit the side of my neck kind of hard.

There is construction going on nearby and they had to turn the water off where I work. They turned the water back on. I went to use toilet but noticed it looked discolored. I flushed it and it still looked discolored. I then for some really stupid reason that I don't understand decided to smell the inside of the toilet. It did not smell good. My question is should I be worried about my stupidity of smelling that? Thank you.

I work in the IT field and we carry our cell phones a lot. I have been carrying my cell phone on my hip for over a year now, a year and four months. I am wondering if anyone knows of any dangers of this. I only am asking because I have had a recent discomfort in my hip, very minor but thought of my cell phone for some reason. I should also mention that I had testicular cancer back in November, but I had it before starting this job and didn't carry my phone much. I could probably get by without carrying it most of the time. Thank you in advance if you read through all this.

I am having a tough time deciding on whether to take this job. It is during the day not overnights. I just really need to know what is all involved in the job. They didn't give me a very good answer. Need to get off night shift. Anyone have any knowledge of this job?
