Can it be legal for an employer and employee to agree that all pay would be rendered the following tax year?

    There are probably hoops that you can jump through to set up that kind of arrangment.

    The risks to the employee are so high, that its unlikely that it will be to their benefit.

    I'm also unsure if the employer would want the accounting overhead for that.
