Probability, need help?

Consider the following sequence of DNA:

3’ AUG GGG CCA TGT AGA GTT CTC CCC TAT AGC ACT 5’

For the sequence provided:

-  show a complete mRNA transcript 
-  show a complete amino acid sequence of the polypeptide. 


Then comment on what might happen to the sequence if the two underlined triplets underwent the following changes:

-  Triplet TGT mutates to TGG 
-  Triplet CCC loses its second Cytosine 


Comment on the effects of each mutation, and identify the type of mutation that happens.
