What's wrong with 'Questions'? Nothing new in a week. Is it shut down?

No the site is shutting down it just feels like that at the moment. The glitch on the site seems to be going on forever, you are lucky that your question came through. In a lot of categories the questions are week old and nothing going into the category at all. I guess it is just one of those grin and bear it times, eventually everything will be sorted out.

    Try refreshing.

Or going to a category, and then back to All Categories, or otherwise forcing it to refresh.

    It's an intermittent bug.

Considering that your question is here right now I'd say that it isn't shut down

They have been having intermittent glitches. Questions less than a week or two old appear briefly, then fall into the rabbit hole, so to speak.

It is a week old glitch in the system. No word from the staff on the problem or when it will be fixed.
