How do I stop going back to bed after turning off my alarm?

my alarm goes off every morning at 5:45am or 6:00am (depending on if i need to shower in the morning). it sits across my room, but still i literally get up, walk across my room, turn it off, and get back into bed. my mom gets up at 6:45am to find me still sleeping and she has to drive me to school. this happens way too much and i am always running late to school every morning. it happens as much as 4 times a week sometimes. i usually make it on time, but i feel this habit is starting to annoy my mom because she has to get my little sister ready for school and go to work.

Get a better sleeping pattern going where you naturally wake up around 6am rather than having to have an alarm wake you up. That's the best way.

If you can't do that then try this:

As soon as your alarm goes off make sure you have a big glass of water and a big stetch. Also improve your diet so you generally have more energy, and try and get into the habit of exercising early in the morning so your body is conditioned into giving you a boost of energy at that certain time.

Also if there is any underlying causes of your tiredness in the morning (such as bad sleep, depression etc.) Try and sort them out.
