If you have a urine test for a check up for a problem related to your testicles will the doctor test the urine for drugs?

    A test for drugs by definition means it is done looking for specific chemical substances. As a medical test for a testicle condition they are usually looking for an infection or an indication of testicular cancer. These tests will not give results for drug use.

    No - they are checking for specific items and don't look for anything else.
