Am I having an allergic reaction to magic mushrooms?
So its my first trip and I ve never taken them before but while everything seems pretty normal I ve constantly felt a little sick and my face and body have felt warm and kind of itchy and irritated and I m very red and blotchy all over

The sick stomach is normal for people when they take psilocybin mushrooms. The warm feeling could also be normal, but could be something similar to a reaction. The itchy and blotchiness does seem to be more indicative of an allergic reaction. Have you ever eaten mushrooms before (regular grocery store kinds) and had similar reactions? Is there someone with you who can help you if you need medical assistance? If you do think you're having a mild reaction try taking something similar to benadryl to help relieve the itchy feeling. If it gets worse or you have trouble breathing it's time to call 911 and get to a hospital.
