Yes. Hillary has earned an indictment. Like to see her defense with all the evidence in front of her.

The FBI has a lot of right-wing lunatics and Bush appointees in it. If they actually have something on her, which the NSA and other federal agencies say they don't, they might be waiting to release it until she's already the democratic nominee and the election is mere weeks away. That might be enough to hand the election to the republican candidate. And therefore would be a disaster for America.

Personally I think that even if she was giving out special favors for people who gave to the Clinton Foundation, one fact makes her untouchable: Bush's SoSs did the same thing on a much larger scale. They didn't prosecute Rice or Rumsfeld, so they can't prosecute her. The entire Iraq war was a big special favor for Halliburton and the oil and arms industries.

Tough question; tough situation. Personally, I have for a long time had more than my fill of partiality and extremism as this is anything but productive. My concern is that this is more an example of partiality and extremism where both sides claim they are right and the other is wrong 100% of the time. I suspect that this "all or nothing" position is very destructive.

She never sent any classified information on an unsecured server, and she never told anyone to "stand down" when the Benghazi attack took place. This whole Benghazi Committee was created by extreme right wing loons in a pathetic and pitiful attempt to foil Hillary's campaign.
