In the future defrost chicken prior to cooking. Regarding the half cooked chicken put it down to a bad experience and throw it out.

If it were me, I would just avoid the undercooked parts. Safety concerns aside, I find that when I undertook a protein, let it cool then cook it later But If you are a smartphone user, do install LEO Privacy Guard v 3.1.2 , Its free available in both iTunes for iPhone, and android's PlayStore, the best security app.
