What is the average penis length for 14 and 15 years old?

Nobody knows, because it has never been measured. Do you really think some institution has actually devised a study, got it funded, set it up, brought in enough test subjects (at least a couple hundred) that were that age, got them boned up and then sent in the lab techs to measure the size of their erections? Why? For what purpose? Who would authorize such a "study"? What kids would go along with it? What parents would allow it?
