How soon can I take a pregnancy test, besides the day of my missed period?
My boyfriend and I are pretty sure that our condom leaked while we were having sex two days ago. And I'm really curious if I could take a pregnancy test this coming weekend and it still be accurate? Plus I don't wanna wait for my period, because it's a few weeks away.

It is way too soon to take any type of test. You would have to wait at least four days before your period before a pregnancy test could be accurate (and even that could be too early).

Of course you can't take a pregnancy test a week after sex and expect it to be even remotely accurate. Conception can happen up to five days after sex, and implantation takes 7-10 days past that. That's fifteen days. Then add at least a few days for enough hCG to build up for a test. If you don't know the day of ovulation, you wait three weeks or for your missed period.

Wait until AFTER you miss a period, before you take a test. Earlier than that, a test is likely to give you a "negative" result, even if you ARE pregnant.

No a few days wont give you an accurate result. Your best bet is just to wait it out to see if you miss your period even though you don't want to wait

14-21 days.
Forget the pregnancy test. If you had a condom accident two days ago, you need to get the Plan B pill, or generic equivalent, TODAY.
