I have epilepsy and i know the signals when i am about to have one... what if i have the signals but no seizure?

i have seizures and have a warning sign before i have a seizure. last yr i had a warning sign on a daily basis but had 73 seizures. because of me having the sign so frequently i wasn't able to do anything but sit still because i didn't know what was going to happen.

it's hard for me to tell you what to do besides say thank god no seizure
