If those levels are definitely low as measured by a blood test you should consult your doctor about testosterone replacement therapy. Your testosterone level would be considered low if it is below 250 ng/dL (nanograms per deciliter) Testosterone levels can vary widely from one individual to another. If can depend on age and the state of their health. The range of normal for a 20 year old healthy male can be from 500 to as much as 1000 ng/dL. No doctor will prescribe testosterone pills, patches or injections without a blood test first. Taking any non-prescription steroids without knowing your actual testosterone blood level can be dangerous. Testicle shrinkage is not the least of those unwanted side effects.

If you know the level is low, then you would have had a testosterone test - a blood test to determine your T level. Only way to know what your T level is, is to have the blood test done and a urologist or even a GP would determine if you need supplemental T.
