Note: There aren't any real clues in the movies themselves about which way around Thor 2 and Cap 2 go, but this is given in the TV series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. There is an episdoe in season 2 where the agents are cleaning up the mess after Malekith's attack on London, and this happens before the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the second Captain America movie.

Second note: Theres nothing that really places Guardians, except for the post-credits scene from Thor: The Dark World. It could therefore come at any point after that. There's no clear indication of it being before or after Captain America 2, or even Avengers 2, or Antman. Or anything so far.
