Does anyone know if I can buy Black Pudding anywhere on Vancouver Island, BC?

Yes, you should be able to find black pudding in Victoria as there is a British feel to it along with a Scottish one as well in places. I know that several years ago there were places that sold it and it is also available as a restaurant menu item in certain places such as the Shine Cafe on Blanshard.
