Did the apostle Paul believe he had the authority to start a new tradition that made GOD's Command of no effect ?

In Matthew 15:1-14 our Savior pointed out the fact that the Pharisees had started a tradition that made GOD's 5th Command of no effect. Yeshua said that they were hypocrites and their worship was in vain. The blind leading the blind.

Now fast forward some 25 years. The church is teaching that a Pharisee by the name of Paul came into Jerusalem and started a new tradition that made GOD's 4th Command void and of no effect.

If Paul started a new tradition that made GOD's 4th Command of no effect, please explain how being tortured to death for our sins changed our Savior's attitude about man replacing HIS Fathers Commands with new traditions.

Paul said I speak as a man "Let GOD be true and every man be a liar"! Romans 3:4-5

GOD Bless,

Yeshua is Lord, not Paul

Update:

If our Savior said replacing one of HIS Fathers Commands with a tradition of man was hypocrisy and vain worship my bet is that that applies to all 10 of HIS Fathers Commands!

Before and after HIS tortured death on the cross.

The way Paul writes, we have to use entire passages, and sometimes more, to make sense of the individual sentences.

Romans 3:4 relies on Romans 3:3 to make any sense.

    Here's the bit you need:

"3What if some were unfaithful? Will their unfaithfulness nullify God’s faithfulness? 4 Not at all! Let God be true, and every human being a liar...."

It's not that we are supposed to lie -- the wording 'every human a liar' is hyperbolic, and is meant to point out that we must rely on God for truth, first, and last.

Does Christ Jesus our Lord communicate better and more clearly than Paul? Absolutely!

The 4th commandment is to honor your father and mother. How can people say "I am the Lord your God" is a commandment? The first Commandment is to worship no other gods. 2nd is to not take God's name in vain. Third is keep holy the Sabbath.

If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:7-9

Gentiles observe the Sabbath on Sunday to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus. This does keep holy the Sabbath day.

What's your evidence that the observance of Sunday rather than Saturday is in any way founded on Paul's teaching?

he did say he had his own "gospel" but he based his gospel on the teachings of jesus and the commission to go forth unto the gentiles and unto kings and nations. He did convince James who was the first leader of the church, that gentiles need not be circumcised even as the more jewish members of the disciples of jesus argued that all people should be ! later james said that the "gentiles" could not be sexually immoral or drink blood offered unto idols. and while the jews kept the prohibition of eating unclean meats Jesus did appear to Peter and said to him, dont call unclean what i have made clean... Paul took that idea and taught people dont let anyone judge you in ieating meats and keeping sabbaths.

so, of the four times different "gospels" are mentioned in the new testament bible, ONE gospel is called the Good news of the death and resurrection of christ, unto atonement or propitiation. another gospel is called the gosple of peace and another is called the gosple f remission of sins. while paul has his own gosple with a direct commision from jesus. but in comparison of gospels, one has to realize there were 7 churches in Asia. there was a byzantine church and then there was the roman catholic church and their own church fathers. there were so many different sects of christianity and yet they were first called saints and not called christian until Antioch. but everything changed when The Emporer tried to united everyone under the canon of the bible with the new testament. and then He had his armies destroy all the libraries in the world to get rid of competition. so historically, and theologically, no christian today has the exact gospel that Paul taught in the first generation. even paul mentioned that many were being led astray by antichrists. but if you compare Gal 1:6-9 with Rev 14:6 you will find that there is an angel that gives the everlasting gospel to the inhabitants of the earth. and there are only 2 churches and religions that claim such a thing. even though there are many men that are chosen by Jesus to continue his work or to do things within their regional spheres of influence.

go figure. the authority is lost in every thing because of apostasy. and jesus did teach agains the leaven of pharisees, and saducees, and to this day, their creeds still exist, and i beleive they exist in similar forms among the baptists and catholics alike.

If you cannot be bothered to quote the passages and verses you are affecting to be interested in ~

We can't be bothered to answer your question.

You might try studying enough to learn that different denominations have different lists of the '10 commandments'.

Paul was lead by the Holy Spirit, and all his teachings are in line with the rest of the bible

By "being tortured to death" on the cross, Jesus paid the price for our sin, and closed the book on the law. completing it.

We are no longer subject to the law of sin and death

btw Paul did not institute Sunday Service

<<16 Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. 17 These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. 18 Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions,[d] puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind, 19 and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.>>
