Also, the only monitoring Yahoo does is try to keep as many of the vulgar, racist remarks off the board as is possible. That's done thru Abuse reports once they reach certain thresholds from Members at certain levels.

Obviously, they can't keep up with many of those posts here in Politics.

It certainly pains me to say that I agree with harwarda. In addition, YAHOO gets paid by the number of hits on their advertising. They aren't going to run off users unless they deem that a user is running off other users. Also you have not asked a question but made a statement. User policy of YAHOO states that you must post as a question. Also this is not a chat room.

That's absurd. You haven't read many of the responses on here, have you? They run the gamut of political opinions. If your answer got rejected, it's because it was offensive to someone. Yahoo is a business. Like any business, they don't want anything running off the customers. So you can express opinions, but try not to insult actual individuals on here.
