Just did an enema for the first time?

I have been very constipated for about a month now and decided to try an Enema fleet??? Not even half of the fluid in the bottle emptied, why???? It worked right away but barely anything came out..but barely any fluid went in. I'm squeezing the bottle as hard as I can why isn't it all just coming out?? Can I try one more time or should I not insert it again

    Pour out the rest of the contents and refill with warm water and try that.
