No that's not normal and you should get checked out by a doctor.
There are a few causes:
1) Not enough blood supply gets to your brain, so either low blood pressure or growing quickly.
2) You may have some sort of infection
3) Your blood may not be carrying enough oxygen
There are a lot more things that it could be, so get checked out by a medical professional.

That is called orthostatic hypotension. If is usually caused by dehydration or can be a side effect from many medications. What happens is when you stand up, the blood pressure drops causing there to be not enough force in your heart to pump the blood up to your brain. It takes your body a few seconds to correct the pressure. Try to drink more water. You should drink enough water that you urine stays a straw color or really light yellow.

That is called postural (or orthostatic) hypotension which occurs when your blood pressure doesn't quite catch up with your having stood up suddenly and remains too low for a moment or two. It's not a dangerous or harmful thing, but you should take a moment to recover whenever it happens to you. And if it is happening often, there might be some underlying cause, so you should tell your doctor about it as (s)he might want to run tests to make quite sure you are OK.
